Raúl doesn’t take anything for granted, from his clients to his son Maximo. Opportunities to help exist everywhere.
One of his favorite involvements is mentoring ESL (English as a Second Language) students. Also helps them complete high school and consider pursuing higher education.
He is also a published author, having released the book, The Ultimate Guide to Dallas Real Estate, in 2014.
Now he is also a co-author who has contributed a chapter in the exciting book Real Estate GameChangers.
Over the last 18 years to date, Raúl Arriaga has successfully helped hundreds of clients achieve their dream of homeownership, or of owning a commercial property. Raúl has also had the pleasure of helping several individuals become Millionaires. As a bilingual realtor, speaking both Spanish and English, Raul acknowledges, “These opportunities to reach out to people internationally and show them the unique opportunities that exist for people from all countries in America’s real estate market is one I appreciate. I’m so passionate about this and always welcome an opportunity to engage with a diverse group of immigrants who have an opportunity for something more in America. These are established and skilled people much of the time.” This passion and dedication can be attributed to the bravery and resilience of his mother, who raised nine children in the U.S. and Mexico hoping to give her children the best opportunities.
Raúl Arriaga is actively involved in the community, helping new immigrants better understand and integrate into their new communities through social, cultural, and educational events.
In his free time, Raúl loves traveling and experiencing different cultures. He’s an avid follower of Formula 1 racing, passionate about soccer, enjoys extreme sports, plus watching professional sports, working out, and reading anything that helps him grow as a person and enhances his life.
As someone who has seen the value of achieving the American dream of home ownership through life’s experiences and helping clients, he has taken this passion to the people and is in the top 1% of producers in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area he serves. Today, he runs the Arriaga Group, which he founded in 2012 and has helped hundreds of clients since this time.
Everything Raúl accomplishes takes hard work, and he had no better role model to show bravery and resilience than his mother, Audelia. Raising nine children in the U.S. and Mexico, hoping for them to have the best opportunities, wasn’t always easy.
But according to Raúl, “She is the hardest working woman I have ever known and will ever know.”
